Some of our most popular Vietnamese dishes include :

Rice paper rolls (Chạo Tôm Cuốn (2 Rolls) *New!) – Rice paper rolls with grilled sugar-can prawn, mint & vegetables.  Served with hoisin sauce, chilli & peanuts.

Tôm Kho Tàu -  Caramelized King prawns & sliced chicken with green onion, garlic in a traditional fish sauce.   Served with pickled vegetables & cucumber.  (Rural tradition - Very tasty!)

Cá Chiên Nước Mắm Gừng -  Deep fried fish fillet & covered with our spicy ginger fish sauce, garlic & green onion.  Recommend eating with steamed greens.  (Popular dish in home country - MUST TRY!)

Gà Xào Xã Ớt -  Stir-fried sliced chicken with vegetables, white onion, garlic & crushed lemongrass in a mild chilli sauce.

Phở – Beef noodle soup, a traditional Vietnamese breakfast. However, in Western Countries it is eaten as lunch and dinner too. It is usually served with chicken or pork. This is a meal by itself.

Cơm tấm – Grilled pork or shredded pork over broken rice.  It's either served as breakfast or lunch.  May include fried egg and pate. Ask us how the rice is broken.

Cà phê sữa đá – Extremely strong coffee (most often served with milk, particularly sweetened, condensed milk and ice.) You can have it traditional Vietnamese style or have it just like the best coffee in France. Do not forget, Vietnam used to be a French colony. That's where we learnt to make the best coffee.
